Policies
Makeup Class Policies:
If a student is unable to attend a class, please text or email the studio.
Make-up classes must be scheduled and taken prior to the end of the current fiscal year.
Prorate Policies:
For all prorated registration inquiries please call or email the studio.
Trial class:
Interested in fine art classes but not sure if The Artwork Studio is a good fit for your child?
The Artwork Studio offers one free scheduled trial class throughout the fiscal year.
Health Disclaimer:
Please specify on the registration form all allergies or special considerations related directly to your child. All information provided is kept private.
Promotional Photos:
Registration for classes, camps, or workshops gives permission to The Artwork studio to use pictures taken during classes for displaying their works and promoting the studio’s art programs. If you do not wish to have photos of a child or their works, please note on the registration form.

For Academy students in Studio 1, Studio 2, and Studio 3,
Tuition is distributed into 6 scheduled Payments.
Each Installment is a payment towards the 2022-2023
Student's Art Academy tuition.
1st payment $150 due week of September 11, 2022
2nd payment $150 due week of October 16, 2022
3rd payment $150 due week of November 27, 2022
4th payment $150 due week of January 22, 2023
5th payment $150 due week of February 26, 2023
6th payment $150 due week of April 2, 2023
For Studio 4(HS) and Studio 5(adults)
1st payment due by first class. - $200 for five art classes
payment due every 5th class and so on.
A Friendly Academy Payment reminder
